Exchange/Return/Cancellation
Generally, orders cannot be cancelled unless the item is out of stock.
We thoroughly inspect and manage our products, but in the event that a defective product or a wrong product is delivered, we will accept a return or exchange for the same product.
*Please note that if the product is unavailable due to its sales status, we may offer a refund.
Please use the dedicated form to inquire about returns and exchanges. (Please note that we cannot accept returns even for defective products if you do not contact us within 3 days after the product arrives.)
If you wish to exchange or return an item, please be sure to attach a photo of the defective part and contact us with your order number.
*Even if the customer judges the item to be damaged or dirty, it may not be a defective item due to the characteristics of the product and the stitching, so we will ask the customer to send us a photo and we will make a judgment. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
*Please note that after checking the photos of the damaged and stained areas, if our shop determines that the damage or stains do not interfere with wearing the item, we may not be able to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds as a defective item.
・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)
・Products that have been delivered more than 4 days ago
- Items with tags or tags removed
- Products that have been worn out by the customer through washing, dry cleaning, etc.
・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession
- Some accessories are missing
- Products where the customer has selected the wrong size
・Sale items and lucky bag items
Once an order has been completed, we cannot accept any changes, additions or cancellations to products.
