Exchange/Return/Cancellation

Generally, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed, except when the item is out of stock. We thoroughly inspect and manage our products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product or incorrect product is delivered, we will accept a return or exchange for the same product. Please contact us using the dedicated form. (Please note that we cannot accept returns for defective products if you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.)

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us specifying which option you would like and attach a photo of the defective part.

Products that cannot be returned or exchanged

・Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience (color, size, etc.)

- Products that have been delivered more than 4 days ago

- Items with tags or tags removed

- Products that have been worn out by the customer through washing, dry cleaning, etc.

・Products that have acquired odors, stains, or scratches while in the customer's possession

- Some accessories are missing

- Products where the customer has selected the wrong size

・Sale items and lucky bag items

Once an order has been completed, we cannot accept any changes, additions or cancellations to products.
