About receiving your product
1. Receiving the product
If you are not at home when the delivery is made, you will receive a delivery notice from the delivery company. Please follow the instructions on the delivery notice to request redelivery.
In addition, if you are absent for an extended period of time or if an error is found in the address, the delivery company may contact you at the telephone number you provided when placing your order, so please respond by phone.
2. Product storage period
If you are not at home, the product will be stored at the delivery company's office for a certain period of time.
If you are absent for a certain period of time, the product may be returned to a domestic or overseas logistics warehouse and disposed of. Please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we will charge an additional 2,000 yen for shipping to resend the product.
3. If the product is discarded
If a certain period of time has passed since you were absent, the product will be returned to our domestic or overseas logistics warehouse, and if we do not hear from you for a certain period of time, it may be disposed of.
In this case, please note that we cannot provide compensation for the product and you will be responsible for the full amount of the order.
